HIGHLY REQUESTED. Kyoya is somewhat centralized to our plot more so than even Tamaki this time around so there are just a few things we'd like to mention. Firstly, we request that whomever claim Kyoya be a literate-advanced role player who can devote time to the site and remain fairly active, more so than even the rest of the canons. Secondly, once accepted, please PM the admin for details regarding plot beginnings and Mr. Ootori so that we can get our exciting plot started!(*Last note, please also see below request while considering this canon!*)
